We understand that every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than when you’re choosing to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms, so we offer several payment options. For residential appraisal we request that the entire fee be paid at the inspection to the appraiser. Commercial appraisal we request 50% of the total fee be paid at the job site and the rest after the submission of the report to you. 

When ordering, choose any of the following methods of payment:

• Check – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company (STP Appraisal Services).
• COD – Let us know that we can pick up payment at the site during the inspection.
• Net 30 – We will invoice you any remaining balance that we request be paid within 30 days.
